Good Soil

An independent Christian charity, Good Soil helps adults to move forward from the challenges that addiction, homelessness, poor mental health and crime have caused in their lives.

They particularly work alongside people who long for change but are no longer being offered traditional support.

Currently Farm activities are for residents of the Good Soil houses located in Worcester and activities range from horticulture and animal care to rural crafts, landscaping, construction and woodwork.

In its early days, Good Soil featured in a television series hosted by Monty Don in the mid 2000’s before it relocated to Top Barn Farm. The focus was on encouraging prolific offenders to work on a smallholding.
